Clara Solutions
For accounting firms and bookkeepers

You didn't go to university to type data.

Claude takes the data entry, the follow-ups and the file setup. You check, you sign, and you spend your time advising. 2 live mornings, on your real files, no software change.

Marc's story

30 clients turned away in one spring.

Marc runs an accounting office in Terrebonne. Last spring, he turned away about thirty clients. Not because he wanted to. Because every new client meant 2 hours of file setup before even starting. 2 hours he billed to no one.

Marc took the training and put Claude to work in his office. Today, the setup happens while he has his coffee. He reviews and signs.

The tasks accountants ask us to automate

Drawn from our conversations with accounting firms and bookkeepers in Quebec. For each: what you do today, what Claude does, what you keep.

Onboarding a new client

Today
You go through your checklist, then enter each recurring task in Outlook one by one: source deductions, payroll, T4s. Miss one and your client pays a penalty.
Claude
From the client's file, Claude prepares the list of documents to request and the year's schedule with every deadline, in a file you import into Outlook.
You
You check and import.

Bank statements

Today
Hundreds of transactions a month, categorized by hand, one line at a time.
Claude
Claude reads the statement (PDF or CSV), suggests an account for each transaction based on your chart of accounts and gives you a file ready to import.
You
You approve the doubtful lines it flags.

Payroll journal in PDF

Today
Your payroll software spits out 3 pages of PDF. You retype the entry or hack together a conversion.
Claude
Claude converts the PDF into a CSV in the format your accounting software accepts, every pay run.
You
You import and check the totals.

Missing documents

Today
Clients late with their statements, invoices, slips. You chase them one by one, when you think of it.
Claude
From your list, Claude writes a personalized follow-up for each client, with exactly what's missing.
You
You review and send.

Your own task? The one that comes back with every client and that you bill to no one. That's often the one we build together during the training.

See the dates

You keep your software.

Claude works with the files your software already exports (PDF, Excel, CSV) and gives you back files ready to import. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate.

Confidentiality is the first thing we set up.

With professional secrecy and privacy law, it's normal for it to be your first question.

  • The right settings
Together we turn off the use of your conversations for model training. On Claude's Team and Enterprise plans, it's off by default.
  • Written rules
Claude follows a rules file you write with us: never a social insurance number, nothing sent without your approval.
  • You choose what it sees
Claude only sees the files you give it. The rest of your files stay closed.

They did it in their business

Not accountants, but the same tasks that eat the day: bookkeeping, quotes, admin.

“I automated all my bookkeeping. I automated my quotes.”
Simon · SL Médias, marketing agency
“Instead of spending 4-5 hours in the warehouse, now I don't even spend half an hour in the morning.”
Chris · Founder, Zardo (e-commerce)
“We were even considering hiring a second person. […] We saved hours and hours.”
Gislain et Danielle · Randmar (distribution)

Accountants' questions

Do I have to change my accounting software?
No. Claude works with the files your software already exports (PDF, Excel, CSV) and gives you back files ready to import. Nothing to install in your software, nothing to migrate.
What about my clients' confidentiality?
It's the first thing we set up. Together we turn off the use of your conversations for model training, we write the rules Claude must follow (for example: never a social insurance number), and you decide which files it sees. This is not legal advice: your professional order remains your reference.
I already use ChatGPT. Is it worth it?
Yes, and what you already know helps. The difference is going from Q&A to a Claude that knows your firm, works on your files and does the same task the same way every time.
Is it recorded? Are there notes?
Yes. Sessions are recorded, and you get the course notes and ready-to-copy prompts. Rewatch as often as you like.
Is there follow-up after the training?
Yes: a live Q&A session every month. And if you want us to build something bigger for your firm, let's talk.
Can my partner or my team join?
Yes. Add seats when you register. Each person leaves with Claude plugged into THEIR tasks.
How much does it cost?
$1,500 per person, plus tax, for the 2 mornings, recordings, notes and the monthly session.

Less data entry. More advising.

2 mornings, live, on your real files.
