Clara Solutions
Program · real estate brokers and their teams

The program for real estate brokers: less paperwork, more time with your clients.

The same 2 mornings, applied to your work as a broker. Claude learns your area, your templates and how you write, then prepares your comparables analyses, seller presentations, property descriptions and follow-ups. You keep the judgment and the client relationship.

Shall I start?
You
You adjust the price. You present.

The tasks we build with people in your trade

For each: what you do today, what Claude does, what you keep. You pick the one we build together during the training.

Comparables analysis

Today
You compare area sales one by one in a spreadsheet, the night before the appointment.
Claude
From the comparables you export, Claude builds the table, explains the gaps and suggests a price range.
You
You adjust with your knowledge of the area.

Seller presentation

Today
Every presentation starts from an old document.
Claude
Claude lays out the presentation in your colours, with the price analysis and your marketing plan.
You
You review and present.

Property descriptions

Today
A description to write for every listing, in French and often in English.
Claude
From your visit notes and the photos, Claude writes the description in your style, in both languages.
You
You check every detail before publishing.

Buyer and seller follow-ups

Today
Potential buyers and sellers to follow up with, when you think of it.
Claude
From your contact list, Claude drafts a personalized follow-up for each: after a visit, a new listing in their area, a purchase anniversary.
You
You review and send.

Claude learns your business

You leave with Claude installed, set up for your business, and your first automations under way.

  1. We install everything together

Claude inside Visual Studio Code, a free tool that lets you keep several conversations open at once. Step by step, shared screen.

  2. Your working folder and your rules

A file Claude reads before every task: who you are, your trade, your clients, what it must never do. That's what turns a chat into an assistant that knows your business.

  3. Plan mode: it proposes, you decide

Before acting, Claude shows you its plan and asks its questions. You correct, you say yes, it executes. You stay in control.

  4. Your first automation

You give Claude a real document (an old quote, a report, a statement) and it builds the tool that redoes it for you, the same way every time.

  5. Talk instead of typing

You dictate your requests out loud, like to a colleague. It's faster, and you give more detail without noticing.

In your trade: Your rules file: your area, your templates, how you write, and the information Claude never sees. Then your first automation, often the comparables analysis or the property description.

Claude plugs into your tools and remembers

You leave with a Claude that works with your tools, remembers what it learns, and the right security habits.

  1. Plug Claude into your tools

Gmail, Google Drive, Shopify, your CRM: Claude reads the tool's documentation and writes the connection itself. You provide the access, it does the rest.

  2. Make your numbers talk

Statements, sales, calls, Excel files: you provide the raw data and an example of the report you want. Claude produces the report, the same way every time.

  3. A memory that grows

At the end of each work session, Claude writes down what it learned: your projects, your decisions, your tools. It gets better every week.

  4. Serious research

A research tool that compares sources across the web and hands you a summary, for a market study or a supplier decision.

  5. Security habits

Where to keep your keys and passwords, why never to install a tool found just anywhere, and how to spot a booby-trapped document trying to give Claude orders.

In your trade: Your seller presentation ready to reuse, Claude plugged into your email or Google Drive, and a memory of your clients and your listings.

The Q&A session

Bring what's blocking you or your next automation idea. We solve it together and go over what's new in Claude.

The method

One recipe, for all your tasks.

It's the same for a quote, a report or a Gmail connection. You practise it during the 2 mornings, then repeat it on your own.

  1. 1
    You describe the task

Out loud, like to a colleague, with an example of the result.

  2. 2
    Claude proposes a plan

It reads your folder, then asks its questions.

  3. 3
    You approve, it builds

The tool is ready to reuse, next time in minutes.

  4. 4
    It remembers

What it learned goes into its memory. Next time, it already knows.

They did it in their business

Not a broker, but the same evening paperwork.

“My timesheets go straight into my quote file, which is also my job-tracking file. It would have cost me a fortune to have an Excel specialist build that.”

Frequently asked questions

What about my clients' personal information?
It's the first thing we set up. Together we turn off the use of your conversations for model training, write the rules Claude must follow, and you decide which files it sees. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Does Claude publish my listings for me?
No. Claude prepares the copy and the documents, and you check and publish, like today. You stay responsible for what is advertised.
Can my assistant and my team take the training?
Yes. Add seats when you register: each person leaves with Claude set up for THEIR tasks. For a private session for your team, see team training.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you want, Claude proposes a plan, you approve and it writes the code. We install everything together.
What do I need?
A computer (Mac or PC), a paid Claude subscription (from about US$20 a month) and an example document for the task you want to automate.
How much does it cost?
$1,500 per person, plus tax, for the 2 mornings, recordings, notes and the monthly session.

At least three tasks automated, in 2 mornings.

Live, on your real files, no coding.
